    Returns & Refunds
    Please don’t worry if you are not happy with your purchase, please return it, in its original condition and within 14 days of receipt. Please see the below information for returning and exchanging your purchases.
    Returns
    Please complete the Returns Form you receive with your order, stating which item(s) you wish to return. Please send this form along with your item(s) you are returning.
    • Goods are returned to Broody Maternity Wear at your own expense. We recommend using Royal Mail recorded or Special delivery so that your parcel is insured and can be tracked. Broody Maternity Wear cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.
    • Returns are only accepted providing the items are unworn, in a resalable condition, with all tags attached.
    • Items must be repacked and boxed in the same condition as they were received.
    • Please ensure any unwanted items are returned within 14 days of receipt (7 days for sale items).
    • Returns are processed within 10 working days from when they arrive back to Broody Maternity Wear
    • Once the refund has been processed any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control).
    • Please return to the address detailed on the returns form

    Exchanges
    Please complete the Returns Form you receive with your order, stating which item(s) you wish to exchange. Please send this along with the item(s) you wish to exchange.

    • Should you exchange for a purchase of lesser value, the difference minus any postage costs, should appear back on your bank statement 5-10 working days after the exchange has been processed (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control).
    • Once an exchange has been approved it will be sent out to you free of charge.
    • If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer you a refund.
    • Please note you may only make an exchange once
